Q: When is the 2018 Green Bay Vendor Show? The Vendor show is on Thursday September 27th from 3:00-7:00.

Q: Wow! The vendor show is 3:00-7:00? Why is it scheduled for 4 hours? This year Green Bay is changing it up. They have         invited local hospital staff to attend the vendor show starting at 3:00. This way they have the opportunity to attend the           show and mingle with vendors before the biomeds are let loose from the conference portion at 4:30. 

Q: What time can I start setting up for the vendor show? You can start setting up at 2:00 on Wednesday, September 26th.

Q: Who will be the point of contact for the vendor show? Your point of contact will be Ron Robenhorst and Tom Malson.

Q: What is included with the booths? The booth pricing includes a table, table cloth and 20 amp electrical service. Also if               you sign up before September 10th we will include a banner with your company name.

Q: What is the cancellation policy? Oh no! You need to cancel? Life happens, we understand. We must inform you that

       all sales are final and no refunds will be given. If the situation arises to where you will not be able to attend the 

       conference, there are a couple of options to reallocate the funds.

          Option 1. You can keep your booth and send any advertising material etc. for us to display at the booth for you.

          Option 2. The BAW will use the funds to sponsor a portion of the conference, ie. break session with your company                                      support advertised.
