Vendor Sponsorship

 

The Biomedical Association of Wisconsin would like to give your company the opportunity to be a sponsor for our 33rd annual conference. All sponsors will be recognized in brochures, membership booklets and on web page. Your company name /logo will be displayed during the event. Announcement of your sponsorship will be given at the event. Sponsors will receive an electronic copy of conference attendees. 
 

            Sponsorship opportunities include:

 

•     Wednesday afternoon BAW, Vendor sit down Luncheon     $2000

•     Wednesday Conference Breaks   $750

•     Wednesday evening BAW and Vendor social event.     $2000

•     Thursday afternoon Vendor show luncheon      $2000

•     Thursday Conference Breaks     $750 

•     Thursday evening Vendor show food and refreshments   $3000

•     Thursday evening Vendor show door prizes       $2000
