• What is the earliest we can have the equipment delivered?

  • Ship with plenty of time to spare, WTC will store but aren't responsible for lost items.​

• When does equipment need to be picked up?

  • Items must be picked up by May 15th

• Is there a shipping dock at the conference?

  • No, the Lunda Center does not have a shipping dock.

  • Please ship to:

    • Western Technical College, Lunda Center, 400 7th Street North, La Crosse, WI  54601​

  • Shipped products must be manageable (no forklift needed)

• When can we begin to set up for the show?

  • The Morning of Thursday May 9th, anytime after 8am. ​

• What time is the vendor show?

  • The show will be held on May 9th from 2:30 to 4:30

  • This will give vendors plenty of time to tear down before the La Crosse Queen event at 6:30.

• Is there power available at my booth?

  • Power can be purchased for your booth. Limited spots available!​

• How do I know where my booth is located?
